Using a clean spatula, remove a generous amount and apply with hands to damp or dry skin. Massage in slow, circular movements, focusing on areas of roughness such as elbows, knees, and heels. For a gentler exfoliation, use on wet skin; for a more invigorating polish, apply to dry skin. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and follow immediately with Golden Harmony to replenish moisture and seal in softness.

• For a more intensive smoothing effect, apply to dry skin before showering.

Begin with The Energetic Flow, using light, long, deliberate strokes toward the heart to stimulate circulation and encourage lymphatic movement. Step into the shower and apply Solstice Bloom to damp skin, massaging in slow, circular movements with steady pressure, focusing on areas of roughness such as shins, elbows, and hips. Before rinsing, pause for one slow inhale through the nose and a longer exhale to let the aromatics settle and the body soften.

Rinse thoroughly with warm water, then finish with 20 to 30 seconds of cooler water over legs and arms for a clean reset. While skin is still slightly damp, massage Golden Harmony into the body using upward strokes toward the heart to replenish lipids and seal in hydration.
